Francisco and his team create a design based on your input, your property, and the surrounding environment. Every design is unique. No cookie-cutter templates here.
Design Review & Quote
At your next appointment, we present the design and walk you through the options. We provide a detailed quote within five days, often with “good, better, best” pricing tiers to fit your budget and priorities.step 4
Scheduling & Contracts
When you’re ready, we finalize a contract and lock in your project timeline. Payment structure:
- 50% on the first day of work
- 25% at approximately 75% completion
- 25% upon completion and your full satisfaction

Installation & Follow-Up
Our crews do the work with precision and care — from grading to plant placement. We stand behind our work. “We don’t collect the final payment until you’re completely satisfied.”

- Plants & Trees: 1-year warranty
